Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed same day, subject to stock availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 1 business day.

UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) — £3.98
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days) — £4.80
• Free Express Shipping on all orders over £50

International Shipping We currently ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays Whilst we always aim to meet the delivery times above, please note that during busy periods (such as sale events or holidays) delivery may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@hairgym.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve it for you
